I really pride myself on being the MOST knowledgable, resourceful and connected person when it comes to everything local - from insider information on properties that have sold or might be coming to market soon, to specific neighborhood statistics and of course both community and industry-related news...and if I don't know the answer I'll work to find it for you.

A little more about me...

Cyndi is rooted deeply in Colorado. Her great grandparents had a farm way out in the country, west of Denver in the early 1900’s, in a place now known as 38th and Wadsworth. She went to the same high school as her parents. This is her home. She knows this city and has seen the changes and growth. And the Denver housing market changes quickly, but she is always thinking and doing real estate. For most people, your house is the biggest and most important purchase or sale you'll ever make. It can be a challenging task to choose a house that meets your needs, feels good, and is a wise financial investment. But Cyndi meets these goals. She loves houses and loves helping people fulfill their needs and dreams.
